Shopping tips

With a few simple tips, you can shop smarter:

  • Shop for specific ingredients with meals in mind.
  • Buy foods that can be used for several different dishes – it will give you flexibility to create different meals.
  • Look for food with the longest use by date or fresh foods which can be frozen in case you don’t eat them in time.
  • Rummage through the fridge, freezer and pantry once a week - it’ll end those evening runs to the local shops for essentials.
