Zonzo calzone alla banana

This delicious dessert is great to use up fruits and pizza dough leftover from your pizza dinner! Try other combinations such as strawberries and chocolate or apples and cinnamon. You can use our pizza dough recipe or your own!

Nutella Calzone

Preparation & Cooking time: 25 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: Makes 2 servings


One small banana (sliced)
One heaped tablespoon Nutella
Vanilla sugar for dusting
One portion of pizza dough


  1. Set oven to high 220 degrees Celsius
  2. Stretch dough to a small pizza base
  3. Spread Nutella in the centre 
  4. Add the pieces of banana 
  5. Fold over one side of the dough and pinch ends together
  6. Sprinkle vanilla sugar on the top 
  7. Place in oven and remove once golden brown
