Zonzo bianca con patate

Turn pantry staples potatoes and onions into a meal with this great pizza recipe from Zonzo in the Yarra Valley! This recipe uses olive oil instead of tomato for the base. You can use our pizza dough recipe or your own!

Potato pizza

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 
Fior di latter or mozzarella cheese 
Taleggio cheese
1 potato finely sliced 
1 onion finely sliced
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Dry oregano
Semi dried tomato 
Kalamata olives


  1. Set oven to high 220 degrees Celsius
  2. Stretch dough to a small pizza base
  3. Spread the olive oil over the pizza base
  4. Layer the mozzarella, taleggio, potato, onion on the base
  5. Add olives, rosemary and oregano
  6. Put in the oven and cook until golden brown 
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with semi dried tomatoes (optional)
