Yoghurt pizza dough

This is the quickest and easiest pizza dough ever! So simple and tasty you'll never buy a pre-made base again.

Servings: Makes 1 large pizza base


1 cup plain greek yoghurt

1 cup self-raising flour

Pinch of salt (optional)


1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius. 

Combine the flour, salt (if using) and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well until it forms a ball.

3 Turn ball out onto a clean, floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until the dough feels elastic. Add flour to the surface as needed to keep the dough from sticking.

4 Roll out dough and top with your favourite pizza topping and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy and golden.

Tip: If you don't have self-raising flour, use plain flour with 1 teaspoon of paking powder.

Variations: This dough could be used to make mini pizzas and pizza scrolls for lunchbox-sized snacks.
