Yoghurt icy poles

These icy poles are refreshing, healthy and so quick to prepare. Make a range of flavours to suit everyone's taste and don't be afraid to combine flavours too!

Fruit icy poles

Preparation & Cooking time: 2 minutes plus freezing time
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

Banana and yoghurt

2 bananas

1 cup plain yoghurt

2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Strawberries and yoghurt

1 cup strawberries chopped

1 cup plain yoghurt

Method

Banana and yoghurt

Blend banana, yoghurt and maple syrup in a food processor or with a stick blender until smooth. Pour into icy pole moulds and freeze.

Strawberries and yoghurt

Fold strawberries into yoghurt and stir until smooth. Pour into icy pole moulds and freeze.

 

Tip: For dairy-free versions, try using just orange and pineapple juice or watermelon blended with mint.
