Banana bix smoothie

Combine your normal cereal breakfast into an easy-to-drink smoothie!


Banana Bix Smoothie

Preparation & Cooking time: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: Makes 1 serving - Cannot be frozen


1 ½ wheat biscuits

1 ripe banana

1 mango cheek

250 ml reduced fat milk

1 tbs LSA mix

2 tsp honey


Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth consistency is reached. Serve in a tall glass.



Tip: Substitute 100ml of milk for greek yoghurt for a tangy flavour. Try using berries or peach slices instead of mango.
